Talentedge is exclusively working with one of London\’s most impressive high-end luxury hotel groups to find a Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations.
You will report to a talented Finance Director who will mentor and support your development.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the finance team.
- Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure compliance with standards.
- Supervising accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and income audit functions.
- Managing monthly payroll and annual PAYE submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with internal audit policies and external legislation.
- Handling journal entries, month-end processes, and cash flow management.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports.
- Submitting VAT returns and partnering with operational departments.
- Reviewing and authorizing financial transactions and expenses.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
Qualifications and qualities required:
