Finance Manager | B2C Scale Up | Fully Remote
The hiring company is an exciting entrepreneurial scaling B2C tech business seeking a Finance Manager to support continued growth. The role focuses on strengthening the internal finance function, managing month-end processes, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Continued improvement of the internal finance function, implementing new tools and procedures. Manage statutory reporting processes and develop cost controls.
- Prepare consolidated monthly management and statutory accounts.
- Utilise technology to automate transactional areas of finance (AP/AR/reconciliations/payroll).
- Support Financial Controller on month-end activities, control of the general ledger, and UK/International Tax.
- Partner with key stakeholders across head office functions.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (up to 2 years PQE).
- Experience of working within the B2C space.
- A keen interest in technology.
- Strong technical reporting experience.
