Finance Manager

I am exclusively partnered with a scale-up FinTech firm who are rapidly expanding their operation and are now looking for two Finance Managers due to their organic growth and record revenue achievements.

The business is known to be changing the way financial transfers are made internationally and are transforming the world of payments into a bright future. This newly created role will be sitting within their London finance team and will play a key role for a new exciting period of revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the reconciliation of supplier and partner payments, working with data tools to extract and analyse reconciled data to investigate anomalies for presentation to senior partners.
2. Manage the end-to-end partner process from collections to quality control and deliver financial reports to senior stakeholders.
3. Raise payments to vendors, partner banks and help to build new processes to collect payment beneficiary data to streamline operations.
4. Business partner with banking partners, payment processors and vendors to ensure smooth payment flows.
5. Oversee the daily work of the outsourced transactional finance team.

About you:

1. ACA/CAANZ recently qualified from the big 4 or top 10.
2. Experienced in FinTech/SaaS/Tech highly desirable.
3. Strong exposure in working across large data sets and extracting financial data for financial reports.
4. Immediately available or within 1 week notice period.
