In what is a newly created role, you’ll take the reigns on owning financial reporting and control, working closely with an elite CFO.
- Continue to evolve key financial processes and controls, whilst implementing AI tools for automation purposes
- Deliver the monthly board pack including consolidated management accounts and KPI reporting
- Own statutory reporting, audit and international tax work
- Lead the day to day finance function
- Develop, mentor and in time grow the finance function further (across financial control, transactional finance / FinOps)
Profile:
- Big 4 ACA qualified
- High growth, VC backed tech experience (ideally SaaS however flexible)
- Experienced with building best-in-class finance functions, including people/systems/processes
- Strong people management skills, including advising, challenging and influencing stakeholders (C-Suite, Founder, Board)
- International experience (US ideally)
