Job Description
Senior Finance Business Partner
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
£65-70k – Hybrid working
London
We are exclusively partnered with an award-winning global media business who are currently looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 6 month FTC with a potential to go permanent.
The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in the Commercial Team as well as being a key focal point, providing financial insight that supports growth, profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Business – Advise & challenge project managers on new business pricing proposals, drive the development of new business budget proposals and project manage new client wins
- Commercial Contracts – Review and negotiate client contract wins, client budgets and ensure supplier contracts are negotiated and drafted for senior management
- Revenue forecasting – Work closely with Client leads and senior team to manage revenue forecasts, assess risks and challenge against. Advise Commercial Manager/Director if revenues are in line with projections and take ownership of month-end revenue for your clients
- Commercial Management – Review client commercial terms including pricing of fees, assess client profitability and partner with your departments to drive improvements. Deliver capital targets including WIP and commentary on accrued income and WIP
- Manage the Commercial Business Partner and support on their personal development, goals and success
About you:
- ACA qualified with commercial industry experience, ideally within Media
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in Business Partnering with stakeholders
- Natural ability to build relationships and confident in influencing
- Deep knowledge of UK GAAP and US GAAP – Desirable
- Experienced in pricing, client negotiations and financial modelling within a service based industry is highly desirable
