Our client is a well-established training provider specialising in project management and professional development. They are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager who is interested in transitioning into a training and coaching role. This is a rewarding opportunity to help develop the next generation of project professionals while working in a flexible, people-focused environment.
You will deliver accredited project management training courses to organisations, both virtually and in-person. You’ll also contribute to the development of training materials and digital learning content.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver project management training courses (virtual and classroom-based)
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences for professionals at different levels
- Support the development of course content, workshops, and eLearning materials
- Coach and mentor delegates to support their development
- Travel to client sites as required (including occasional overnight stays)
- At least 7+ years’ experience in project management with full lifecycle exposure
- Previous experience delivering training or a strong interest in moving into a training role
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and learners
- High attention to detail and quality
- Experience delivering recognised project management qualifications (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Coaching or mentoring experience
- A previous career in teaching would be highly desirable
