We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced team within a major player in the media sector. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Commercial team to prepare accurate full-year P&L budgets and monthly forecasts
- Providing detailed variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with HR and agency teams to track headcount and salary forecasting
- Preparing insightful management packs, profitability analysis, and client-specific financial reports
- Driving improvements in reporting and contributing to commercial projects and compliance initiatives
- Assisting with new business proposals and becoming fluent in key industry tools and reporting platforms
About you:
- Highly proficient in Excel — this role is heavily data-led
- Studying towards (or interested in pursuing) a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident working with stakeholders across the business
- Media industry or Hyperion experience a plus — but not essential
