My client, an iconic fashion business based near Shepherds Bush Station, is seeking an ambitious, driven finance professional who is looking to make an impact in a dynamic, international setting. This is an exciting chance to become an integral part of one of the world’s leading iconic fashion brands and help drive a period of organisational change. This is a true commercial finance position, focused not only on reporting results but actively influencing them. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic direction, and be part of a business that values talent development as highly as brand success.
The Role:
- Partnering with senior commercial and retail stakeholders across the EMEA to deliver financial insight which is actionable.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for retail operations for your region and business unit.
- Producing detailed analysis on store-level performance, sales trends and margin optimisation.
- Building models to support new openings, investment cases and business planning.
- Delivering monthly management reporting and commentary to senior leadership.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, retail and FP&A teams to drive improved visibility and decision-making.
- Contributing to finance transformation projects and ongoing process improvements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent (1–3 years PQE).
- Strong academics.
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or audit within retail, consumer, or multi-site environments.
- Strong analytical skills and Excel modelling capability.
- Confident communicator able to translate numbers into clear commercial recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
- Ambitious, curious, and eager to progress within a business that invests in developing its people.
