The role
You’ll work across the business to map, analyse and improve processes, acting as the link between operational teams.
You’ll be involved in:
- Mapping current and future-state processes and customer journeys
- Identifying inefficiencies, duplication and manual workarounds
- Designing improved processes alongside operational and technical teams
- Supporting CRM and technology-enabled change
- Facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
- Supporting testing, implementation, training and adoption
- Using data and insight to evidence the impact of improvements
- Maintaining clear process documentation and supporting governance
About you
You’ll have proven experience in business process analysis and continuous improvement, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to turn complex processes into clear, practical solutions.
You’ll ideally have experience with:
- Process mapping and documentation
- Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
- CRM or business systems
- Customer-focused or service-led environments
- Supporting change and transformation programmes
Experience within Utilities, Transport, Rail, Councils, housing, public sector or not-for-profit organisations would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
