The Role
Working within a multidisciplinary project team, you will design, develop, and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions

Collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Consultants, and Developers on solution design
-
Recommending the best implementation approach across configuration, custom development, and third-party tools
-
Developing Proofs of Concept
-
Analysing and troubleshooting issues to support root cause identification
-
Leading custom development activities through to delivery
-
Completing and documenting configuration work as required
-
Contributing to architectural decisions and best practice
-
Working within structured, quality-driven development methodologies
About You
You are a proactive and analytical Dynamics professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys working on complex technical challenges.
Essential experience (2–3+ years):

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft SharePoint Online

Microsoft Power Platform

Agile delivery methodologies
-
Azure DevOps
-
Proven track record of successful delivery

Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) — UK resident for 5+ years with limited travel outside the UK

Experience with .NET, MVC, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
