£60-65,000 + bonus & benefits inc. hybrid working (3 days in the office). Mix of management accounting & FP&A. Superb career development. Brilliant opportunity for an ACCA/CIMA newly/recently qualified and a proven background in management accounting to join this iconic TV & Film heavyweight.

Looking after the month-end and actuals and budgeting & forecasting for their technology spend. Broad & business facing role with excellent career potential and exposure across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the management accounting for their global technology spend.
  • Preparation of monthly reporting pack to senior management, ensuring these reports are insightful, pro-actively focusing on the issues.
  • Responsible for WIP and review of OPEX/CAPEX revenue.
  • Liaising with Commercial Heads to evaluate artist performance.
  • Monitoring that accurate information is recorded in the in-house reporting system, finance & forecasting system.
  • Reconciliation of divisional balance sheets on a monthly basis.
  • Produce monthly reporting pack, including variance analysis & KPI reporting.
  • Manage the final reconciliation of actual to budgeted revenue & costs for festivals.
  • Working with Business Managers to prepare annual budgets, including preparing reporting & slides for management.
  • Provide ad-hoc support & analysis as requested by management to help frame future decisions.
Required Experience
  • ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
  • Proven background in management accounting.
  • Good knowledge of OPEX/CAPEX spend and WIP.
  • Some exposure to and flair for business partnering.
  • Media experience preferred but not essential.
  • Proactive performer that demonstrates commitment to the role & desire to achieve.
  • Confident communicating with senior management level.
  • Strong team player who enjoys working in a high-achieving environment.
