Talentedge is proud to be partnering once again with one of the most innovative and fast-paced organisations in global sport and entertainment as they look to hire an IT Business Analyst to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a world-class technology environment, supporting a rapidly expanding delivery pipeline across digital and data initiatives.

The Opportunity

With a significant increase in project demand, the business is investing heavily in Business Analysis as a core capability. This role sits right at the centre of delivery – bridging business needs and technical execution, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, understood, and delivered with impact. You’ll work across a variety of initiatives, particularly within Technical & data environments, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the key link between business and technology teams, translating needs into clear, structured requirements
  • Leading requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and analysis techniques
  • Producing high-quality artefacts including: User stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Process maps (as-is / to-be)
  • Data and workflow models
  • Supporting solution definition alongside architects and developers
  • Ensuring traceability from business need through to delivery and testing
  • Facilitating workshops and driving structured discussions (e.g. question frameworks, matrices)
  • Supporting UAT and validation, ensuring outputs meet business expectations
  • Working with data-focused teams on customer data, integrations, and governance considerations

What They’re Looking For

This role is all about real‑world Business Analysis capability & the ability to demonstrate BA techniques and frameworks, not simply writing user stories.

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital environments
  • Strong understanding of core BA techniques (BABOK-aligned or equivalent)
  • Ability to confidently discuss and apply Process mapping (as-is / to-be), Requirements engineering and Stakeholder management
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating technical requirements
  • Comfortable operating in an agnostic environment and able to adapt methods rather than rely on one framework
  • Exposure to data-focused analysis or digital channels is highly beneficial
