Talentedge are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Series B SaaS scaleup on their Finance & Operations Director (#1) opportunity. You’ll be amazing for this opportunity if you love being hands on across finance / accounting / operations and want to partner directly with the CEO/Founder on continually scaling the business domestically and internationally.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Take ownership for the accounting infrastructure, including ensuring that processes are fully automated (utilising AI where possible) and reporting is completed on time
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and company-wide planning processes
- Partner CEO/Founder on commercial initiatives including future fundraising, geographical expansion and new product enhancements
- Analyse and report on key SaaS metrics such as LTV/CAC, ARR / MRR / CHURN / Payback Period / Retention Cohorts
- Business partner cross-functionally, in particular with GTM and Product & Engineering
- Take ownership over Ops areas including People / Talent / Legal
Profile:
- Top 10 ACA qualified VC backed SaaS scaleup experience
- Broad, all-round exposure however with a strong preference on commercial finance / FP&A experience
- Huge advocate of AI, with demonstrable examples of your adoption across the finance function
- Any US exposure is advantageous however non-essential
- Established business partner who is able to respectively influence, challenge and advise senior internal & external stakeholders
- Owning / supporting Ops functions is advantageous
