A global organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Process Analyst to join a major finance transformation programme centred around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and embedding future-state finance processes within a complex, international environment. Working closely with finance, technology and operational stakeholders, you will help drive process standardisation, improve controls and ensure successful ERP adoption across multiple business units and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops to capture and document current and future-state finance processes.
  • Design and optimise E2E finance processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support system configuration activities.
  • Identify and manage programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAIDs).
  • Coordinate deliverables across finance, technology and transformation workstreams.
  • Support finance master data design, governance and migration activities.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, managing defects through to resolution.
  • Produce training materials and support business readiness and user adoption activities.
  • Provide go-live and hypercare support during critical implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with target operating models and transformation objectives.

About You

You'll bring a strong combination of finance process knowledge, business analysis skills and ERP implementation experience.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in Finance Process Analysis, Finance Transformation, Business Analysis or Finance Change roles.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.
  • Experience with finance master data management and migration activities.
  • Ability to create process maps, business requirements, functional specifications and testing documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes, including: General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Reporting, Data Governance.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience within finance transformation or ERP-led change programmes.
  • Exposure to complex, multi-country organisations.
  • Understanding of finance operating models and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between finance, technology and operational teams.
