Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day finance function, including all annual statutory and monthly management reporting
  • Manage the audit process and be the point of contact for external auditors
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, planning & KPI analysis
  • Business partner cross functionally, in particular with Commercial / GTM / Product / Engineering function
  • Introduce more automation, commercial thinking, value add, and partnering ways of working across finance
  • Develop and mentor an ambitious finance function
Profile:
  • Qualified accountant with significant experience across scaling tech businesses (crypto experience/understanding is advantageous however non-essential)
  • Recent tech scaleup experience, coupled with earlier exposure within a corporate/listed environment
  • Established business partner, capable of challenging, advising and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear and articulate thinker
  • Data focused individual
