Talentedge are proud to be partnering with a high growth, sustainability focused hardware startup on a Finance Director opportunity. As Finance Director, you\’ll work in close partnership with an extremely passionate & ambitious C Suite on scaling the business internationally. You\’ll be amazing for this role if you are a data focused yet technically savvy accountant, have a love for startups and want to work for a mission-driven business.
Responsibilities
Continue to roll out key scalable processes, controls and systems, utilising technology to automate
Lead the day-to-day finance function, owning monthly management and annual statutory reporting as well as transactional finance
Prepare strategic, commercial and financial objectives for the business
Business partner cross-functionally, in particular with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Distribution and GTM teams
Qualifications
Qualified accountant, strong academic background
Experience of working within a capex heavy, B2B enterprise manufacturing or product-led startup
Thoughtful thinker around AI optimisation
Strong analytical and data visualisation skills with advanced financial modelling
Ambitious, progressive and curious in nature
