Job Description
Talentedge Exec are working for a leading Tech Consultancy to hire a Sales and Commercial Director.
The successful candidate will be key in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential clients within various sectors to expand market presence.
· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive client engagement.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our services accordingly.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Track and report on sales metrics and provide insights to the senior management team.
Your Background
· Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the technology, consultancy or construction & fit out sectors.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
· Educated to Degree level
