We're recruiting for an ambitious and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic international organisation (based near Covent Garden) operating within the entertainment, events, media and digital content space.
This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with operational leaders, project teams and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of the financial performance of multiple business areas and projects. You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, commercial decision-making and driving process improvements across the finance function.

The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will act as the primary finance contact for your designated business areas, providing meaningful financial insight and helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
You will support the full financial lifecycle of projects and events, from planning and budgeting through to delivery, financial close and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Commercial Finance
Build strong relationships with operational leaders, budget holders and project teams
Provide financial insight, analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
Challenge assumptions constructively and help drive commercial performance
Identify financial risks, opportunities and efficiencies
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
Maintain accurate rolling forecasts and work-in-progress reporting
Analyse variances against budget and forecast, providing clear commentary
