They are currently looking for an experienced centre manager to lead one of their busy automotive centres. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven management experience within the automotive industry who enjoys leading a team, driving business performance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As Centre Principal, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring it operates efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, meaning you’ll regularly be on the workshop floor supporting, coaching and motivating your team while helping to maintain a smooth and productive operation. Experience carrying out MOT testing, servicing or fast-fit repairs would be beneficial.
