We are looking for a proactive and organised candidate to be a Trainee Coordinator to join our clients team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our field engineers are fully supported to deliver high-quality service to customers. You will be responsible for coordinating engineer schedules, managing customer requests, and making sure planned and reactive work is delivered efficiently, safely, and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Coordinator

* Coordinate and manage engineer diaries to ensure workloads are completed on time.

* Organise customer schedules in line with SLAs and provide accurate ETAs.

* Work closely with the National Operating Centre to support real-time scheduling.

* Liaise with stores personnel to source and allocate parts required for jobs.

* Assist with Health & Safety documentation, including RAMS and method statements.

* Produce and maintain accurate internal reports using Microsoft Excel.

* Plan and coordinate customer site visits, ensuring engineers are equipped with the right parts and information.

* Manage multiple shared mailboxes, responding to and following up on customer requests.
