About the Role
Talented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Fleet Coordinator. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the transport department, supporting the company’s fleet and drivers while maintaining high standards of communication, compliance and customer service. In addition to transport administration, you’ll also be responsible for moving company vans around the depot daily, delivering vehicles to MOT appointments, garages and repair centres, and supporting the upkeep and availability of the company fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of the transport department.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, ensuring they have the information required to complete their daily duties.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records, including defects, corrective actions and fleet documentation.
- Ensure the safety and security of company vehicles and their contents.
