Role: EHS Coordinator/Senior EHS Coordinator dependent on experience

Location: Pulborough, West Sussex

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Salary: From £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.

Talented People are supporting a well known business in the Pulborough area who are looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator to support and strengthen and maintain their standards in Pulborough. This role is office based with hybrid open to discuss after 6 months but not guaranteed.

Key Duties

  • Carry out risk assessments, audits and safety checks
  • Maintain and improve EH&S procedures
  • Investigate incidents and recommend preventative actions
  • Track and analyse safety and environmental data
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and legal requirements
  • Support training and promote a strong safety culture
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation

About You

To succeed as an EHS Coordinator, you should have:

  • A relevant degree
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar EH&S role
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and UK regulations

You’ll be a proactive communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to workplace safety.
