In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring precision machinery to produce high-quality gears in line with technical specifications and production targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process. What you will be doing as a Production Technician? * Set up machines according to detailed operational requirements, including selecting and loading the appropriate gear cutting program. * Ensure correct and secure product loading and clamping before machining operations begin. * Adjust and change machine settings efficiently when switching between jobs within defined timeframes. * Perform gear cutting operations and apply the correct deburring and polishing methods to meet specified design dimensions and surface finishes. * Operate multiple machines simultaneously when batch sizes and components permit. * Carry out in-process inspections, ensuring parts are produced accurately and to the highest quality standards, following technical drawings and validation sheets. * Use precision measu…
