About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Service Engineer to join our client’s growing service team. This is a field-based role covering the North East of England and Scotland, providing installation, service, and maintenance of commercial coffee equipment at customer sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong coffee machine experience who is looking to join a stable and supportive company offering competitive pay and door-to-door overtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines at customer locations
  • Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs
  • Install and commission coffee machines when required
  • Deliver high levels of customer service while on-site
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company and safety standards

Required Experience

  • Previous experience servicing commercial coffee machines
  • Hands-on experience with brands such as:
  • Coffetek
  • Cimbali
  • Evoca
  • Gaggia
  • Casadio
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
