The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Catering Engineer (or engineer with strong white goods experience) to join a growing service team covering Newcastle and the local area. This is a field-based role involving the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, fault-find, and repair commercial catering equipment (gas and/or electric)
- Work on-site at customer premises including restaurants, cafés, schools, and commercial kitchens
- Complete service reports accurately and professionally
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company on-site
- Manage workload independently while meeting service-level targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Catering Engineer or solid white goods engineering background
- Electrical experience essential; gas qualifications desirable but not essential
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
