Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as a Maintenance Technician, covering process equipment, utilities, instrumentation, and cabling.
* Perform calibrations and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
* Support production with changeovers, cleaning activities, and shutdown works.
* Work to cGMP standards and ensure all Maintenance Engineer activities follow site procedures.
* Accurately record maintenance and calibration work orders.
* Provide feedback on equipment performance and spare part requirements.
* Follow Lockout/Tagout and safety systems while performing engineering tasks.
* Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
* Promote a proactive safety culture through toolbox talks and team initiatives.
* Maintain workshop standards in line with 5S practices.
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, instrumentation, and process equipment.
* Familiarity with cGMP (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to read, interpret, and complete technical documentation.
* Safety-conscious with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Team player with strong communication skills.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
