An entertainment format studio is looking for a development hire to join a small, fast-paced team. They build original formats digital-first, testing ideas with real audiences before scaling what connects - already home to an award-winning digital channel celebrating underrepresented creativity, with more in the pipeline including reality and immersive projects.
This is a genuinely varied role covering reality casting and development, content editing and scheduling for socials/shorts, deck building and general development support - working directly with the founder rather than a big team.
What they need:
- Speed - comfortable turning around decks and ideas in days, not weeks.
- Versatility - happy jumping between reality, immersive and scripted development, plus some content editing/scheduling for socials.
- Design & edit skills - confident building decks (Canva or similar) and cutting down content for digital/social.
- Initiative - a genuine jack-of-all-trades who's happy to get stuck in and learn on the job.
- Appetite to grow - this is a fixed-term contract (approx. 2–3 months) with the possibility of extending onto production for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds development role for someone ready to bed in with a small studio and help build toward bigger things.
