We are recruiting Seasonal Production Workers / Production Operatives to support our long-standing client during a busy seasonal period. This is an immediate start role based on the outskirts of Horsham; therefore candidates must have access to their own transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planting, potting, spacing and cropping plants
  • General plant maintenance and care
  • Stock rotation and quality checking
  • Placing plants onto trays for production and dispatch
  • Working within greenhouses and outdoor environments
  • Assisting within the dispatch and packing area when required
  • Meeting daily production and output targets
  • Working efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 16:30

Location:

  • Outskirts of Horsham
  • Own transport required due to limited public transport access

Candidate Requirements:

  • Access to own transport is essential
  • Previous experience as a Production Worker (preferred but not essential)
