We are recruiting Seasonal Production Workers / Production Operatives to support our long-standing client during a busy seasonal period. This is an immediate start role based on the outskirts of Horsham; therefore candidates must have access to their own transport.
Production Workers Responsibilities:
- Planting, potting, spacing and cropping plants
- General plant maintenance and care
- Stock rotation and quality checking
- Placing plants onto trays for production and dispatch
- Working within greenhouses and outdoor environments
- Assisting within the dispatch and packing area when required
- Meeting daily production and output targets
- Working efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30
Location: Outskirts of Horsham. Own transport required due to limited public transport access.
Production Workers Requirements:
- Access to own transport is essential
- Previous experience as a Production Worker (preferred but not essential)
