Our client, a well-established manufacturing business, is currently seeking Production Operatives to join their night shift team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing products while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assembling and testing products using a range of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- General soldering and brazing duties.
- Preparation and testing of components and assemblies.
- Basic hand tool work and fabrication.
- Operation of a variety of production equipment and machinery.
- Adopting a hands-on approach to support production targets and maximise efficiency.
- Always following production procedures and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Requirements
- Good manual dexterity with the ability to assemble small components.
