We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This is a hands-on role supporting the movement, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all operations. We welcome applications from candidates with valid or recently expired forklift licences, provided they have relevant experience and are willing to refresh certification if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts (valid or expired licences considered).
  • Receive, check, and book in incoming goods accurately.
  • Pick and prepare components for production and finished goods for customer orders.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out pallet stacking and stock storage duties in a safe and organised manner.
  • Maintain accurate records using computerised stock/inventory systems.
  • Support deliveries, collections, and returns between warehouse and production areas.
  • Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
