We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing civil engineering business. This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for producing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with internal teams, designers, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess tender documentation and client information
  • Evaluate the commercial and technical viability of tenders
  • Identify client requirements and develop the most competitive and compliant offer
  • Identify risks, ambiguities, and value-engineering opportunities and discuss with Clients / Engineers
  • Identify temporary works and design requirements
  • Conduct site visits and engage with key subcontractors and suppliers
  • Work closely with designers on Design
