We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing civil engineering business. This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for producing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with internal teams, designers, subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess tender documentation and client information
- Evaluate the commercial and technical viability of tenders
- Identify client requirements and develop the most competitive and compliant offer
- Identify risks, ambiguities, and value-engineering opportunities and discuss with Clients / Engineers
- Identify temporary works and design requirements
- Conduct site visits and engage with key subcontractors and suppliers
- Work closely with designers on Design
