Talented People are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our established client, who are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected company that values quality, customer service, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems including Splits, Multis, VRVs, and FCUs
- Working across both residential and commercial sites
- Occasionally working outside standard hours to deliver excellent customer service.
The Role
As an Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Travel to Dartford (DA2) often.
- Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
- Have a minimum of 8 years' industry experience.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong IT skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Take initiative, solve problems effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy.
Essential Qualifications
You should hold some of the following certifications:
- Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds
- Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Overtime: Evening and weekend opportunities available
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- New van, laptop, company credit card, and specialist tools
- Company uniform provided.
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with the option to purchase additional leave.
