Talented People Services are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Working within a busy warehouse environment, your duties will include:
- Picking and packing products accurately to customer specifications
- Assembling products and components at a workstation/table
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous warehouse, assembly, production, or picking and packing experience
- Be highly dexterous and comfortable carrying out detailed assembly work
- Possess good attention to detail and accuracy
- Have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Essential Requirements
Due to the nature of this position, applicants must:
- Be able to provide a full 5-year employment history with no unexplained gaps
- Be willing to undergo a Basic DBS check
- Successfully complete mandatory security training
