The Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, supporting team performance, and ensuring stock and logistics operations run efficiently. This role is warehouse-focused and does not involve production line work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff
- Manage goods in, goods out, and stock control processes
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Help identify and implement process improvements
- Cover for the Warehouse Manager when required
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Some supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable but not essential: Experience within an FMCG or food production environment.
