We are looking for an organised and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our clients growing team based in Whyteleafe. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator with experience in the HVAC industry, although candidates from a construction or building services background will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned Maintenance Works
- Organising engineers to carry out planned maintenance works
- Ordering filters, belts, and required materials in advance
- Arranging site access for engineers and issuing RAMS documentation
- Updating site asset lists from engineers worksheets
- Preparing quotations for remedial works identified during maintenance visits
- Reactive Works
- Assisting with organising engineers for reactive call-outs
- Arranging site access and issuing RAMS documentation
- Preparing quotations for remedial works following engineer reports
- Ordering parts and materials as required
