Warehouse Operative – Chessington Location: Chessington, Surrey Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Pay: £13.35 per hour Talented People Solutions are recruiting for an established distribution business in Chessington, seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative with an essential Counterbalance Forklift Licence. A Bendi licence is highly desirable. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a busy, physically demanding warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities * Picking and packing customer orders accurately. * Operating a Counterbalance forklift, with Bendi experience advantageous. * Loading and unloading vehicles, deliveries and goods. * Checking incoming goods for damage or discrepancies. * Putting stock away and maintaining organised storage areas. * Moving, handling and organising stock safely. * Assisting with stock checks and inventory control. * Preparing orders for dispatch. * Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse and supporting general warehouse duties. What We're Looking For * Previous warehouse or distribution experience. * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence – essential. * Bendi forklift experience or licence – desirable. * Comfortable with manual handling and physical work. * Reliable, punctual and attentive to detail. * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
