Talented People are recruiting on behalf of an excellent brand within the automotive sector in Cardiff who are looking for a Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis.
£25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission | Realistic OTE £50,000–£80,000

The Role
You'll be responsible for taking customers through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
You'll be:
- Managing new and existing customer enquiries
- Speaking with leaders within businesses to understand their needs, deliver the right service, build rapport and close the deal to form a long term relationship
- Understanding customer requirements and identifying the right solution
- Following up warm leads and maximising every sales opportunity
- Handling objections confidently
- Negotiating on contracts
- Managing queries professionally and efficiently
- Keeping customer information and activity up to date on the CRM
- Working towards and achieving agreed sales targets
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of hitting targets.
You'll ideally have at least 2 years' sales experience and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
