We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Coffee Vending Engineer to join a growing and well-established business covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas. As a Coffee Vending Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of bean-to-cup coffee machines and vending equipment across a range of customer sites. The ideal Coffee Vending Engineer will have strong fault-finding skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Service, maintain, and repair bean-to-cup coffee machines and vending equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits
- Install and commission coffee and vending machines when required
- Provide excellent customer support on-site
- Complete service reports and relevant documentation accurately
- Previous experience as a Coffee Vending Engineer or similar field service engineer role
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Salary of £30,000 – £33,000
- Door-to-door overtime paid
- Company van provided
- Mobile phone and tools supplied
