Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, developing treatment plans, discharge planning, supervising assistants and Rehab Techs, and case management. Maintains professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service, adhering to all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy state license
- Computer Skills: Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation
