Job Summary

Provide occupational therapy (OT) and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients, in accordance with occupational therapy principles and Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Responsibilities include screening and evaluation, developing treatment plans, discharge planning, supervising assistants and rehab techs, and case management. Maintain professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service, ensuring positive interactions and rapport with clients. Adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation skills.
• Valid certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid state license to practice occupational therapy (where applicable).
