About the Opportunity:
- As a Business Development/ Private Client Director, you’ll be on the frontlines:
- Calling warm, qualified leads provided by our marketing team
- Meeting high-net-worth prospects face-to-face
- Closing new business and gathering new client assets for the firm
£60,000 base salary per annum + uncapped commission. Strong performance incentives with significant earning potential. This is a full-time, permanent role with remote flexibility across the UK. You will focus purely on sales — dedicated portfolio management and client service teams handle onboarding and ongoing relationships, letting you do what you do best: sell. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of 36 Private Client Directors, all highly driven professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience selling financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals (7–10 years ideal, but less is acceptable if you’re exceptional)
- RDR Level 4 qualification — CISI Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) preferred
- Proven and quantifiable track record in closing new business
- Background in banking, investment sales, or wealth management
- Relentless hunter mentality — you love dialing, pitching, closing, and winning
- Highly motivated by success metrics like new client assets and commission
- Ability to thrive in a high-activity environment and persist through challenges
- Professional, ethical, and committed to putting clients first
Important: If you have under 7 years of experience but show exceptional hunger and sales ability, you may be considered for our Private Client Executive program — a full-time, in-office track to grow into this role.
