HSBC is seeking a Data Analyst to support campaign analytics and customer engagement initiatives within the Branch and Retail Banking division. The role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, preparing data, and generating insights that help improve marketing effectiveness and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Analytics: Assist in designing, executing, and evaluating marketing and customer engagement campaigns by analyzing performance data and identifying key success metrics.
- Data Collection and Preparation: Collect and organize data from multiple sources such as CRM systems and digital platforms to enable effective campaign analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign effectiveness and customer response rates using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Looker.
- Insights Generation: Translate campaign data into actionable insights, highlight opportunities for optimization, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver analytics solutions that support business outcomes.

This position is offered as a one year apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992. Apprentices will be registered on the NATS portal and, upon successful completion of the one year tenure, will receive a Certificate of Proficiency issued by the Government of India as applicable under the Act.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
