TalentCo are thrilled to be working with a seed stage AI-native startup looking to hire 3 exceptional Software Engineers into their London HQ, to play pivotal roles in building their next generation, AI benefits platform. They are a team of exceptionally driven and obsessive individuals, looking to add more hyper-ambitious engineers to their world class engineering team. Their HQ is in Central London, so you can choose to be based remote-first or hybrid, although proximity to London would be advantageous.
As Software Engineer you will:
- Build AI-first features: Design and ship cutting-edge platform features using personalisation, LLMs, recommender systems, and reinforcement learning.
- Own features end-to-end with React (TypeScript) and Python (FastAPI), blending UX and ML into production-ready code.
- Leverage modern AI dev tools (Cursor, Windsurf) to experiment, prototype, and launch quickly.
- Ship clean, tested code, embrace peer reviews, and contribute across design, product, and ML.
Requirements:
- 3+ years building products in fast-paced or startup environments, with an eye for quality and scale.
- Full-stack fluency: Skilled in React/TypeScript and Python, with experience deploying on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Real-world AI/ML experience: Delivered AI-driven features to users and hungry to stay ahead of the latest innovations.
