We’re excited to be partnering with a VC-backed EnergyTech scale-up that’s reshaping how the renewable energy market operates. Following a successful Series C raise, they’re doubling down on growth in 2025, investing in their commercial and customer-facing teams as they continue to scale in the UK & Europe. This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join their London team (2 days a week in-office), owning strategic relationships, driving renewal, and unlocking growth opportunities across a portfolio of clients in a fast-moving, purpose-driven sector.
As Senior Account Manager you will:
- Own the renewal process end to end, ensuring smooth, timely outcomes through proactive engagement.
- Develop strategies to boost net revenue retention across your portfolio.
- Identify and deliver on upsell and cross-sell opportunities that support client goals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders at utilities, energy producers, and investors.
- Address challenges quickly and thoughtfully, delivering value at every touchpoint.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure exceptional delivery.
- Keep up with renewable energy trends and market dynamics to inform your strategy.

- You’re a highly commercial Account Manager with a strong record of owning and growing B2B accounts.
- You’re used to being responsible for all post-sale revenue generating activity, including renewals, upsell and cross-sell.
- It would be incredible if you know the renewable energy sector, but we’re equally keen to speak to people who have worked for data or insights businesses, or for another B2B SaaS scale-up.
- You’re a confident communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and you bring a structured, solutions-first mindset to client challenges.
What’s on offer:
- Base: £85k - £100k, dependent on experience
- Commission: £30k - £40k OTE, uncapped
