We’re working with a fast-growing vertical SaaS company with customers around the world. Their platform helps consumer-facing businesses run their day-to-day operations, and the team sells to owners and operators, from single sites to multi-site groups.

They’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives across EMEA and own the regional number. This is a pure leadership role with no personal quota, reporting to the Global Head of Sales. If you’re currently a team lead carrying your own number and you’re ready to focus fully on building a high-performing team, this is worth a conversation.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of AEs through regular 1:1s, call reviews and pipeline reviews
  • Own the EMEA revenue target and deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Get hands-on with complex deals, negotiations and multi-site accounts
  • Sharpen the team’s discovery, qualification and closing skills
  • Make sure the team builds enough pipeline, including outbound and self-generated deals
  • Partner with BDRs, Marketing, RevOps and Customer Success to run a smooth sales process

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading AEs, for example as a player-coach or team lead, with a track record of developing people
  • A track record of hitting individual and team targets
  • Experience owning a revenue number, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • A coaching-led style: you develop people and hold them accountable
  • Comfort with data and CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Bonus: experience across multiple European markets or another European language

What’s on offer:

  • Hybrid setup: 3 days in a central London office, 2 days from home
  • Private health and life insurance
  • Ongoing training and clear career progression
  • Weekly team lunches and quarterly socials
