We are excited to be working with an AI SaaS VC-backed startup looking to hire several exceptional Sales Development Representatives into their London office. Having raised a substantial seed round from top investors, they’re now keen to bring in at least 3 high-potential, ambitious and AI-obsessed individuals, as they continue to build out their growth org.

You will report directly to the Head of Growth, opening conversations with potential clients and driving new business within your vertical, through outbound prospecting. This is a rare opportunity to work extremely closely with the founding team of this 15 person early-stage startup, joining a sales team of 2.

As Sales Development Representative you will:

  • Build opportunity creation through outbound outreach
  • Lead outbound prospecting within your vertical, becoming an expert in the sector
  • Be involved in events and contribute to content marketing initiatives to generate relevant and engaging content for your vertical
  • Understand and communicate the core value propositions to prospective customers
  • Use research and data to constantly optimise and improve your approach

  • Academic Excellence: You're a top graduate from a prestigious university, with a strong academic record that reflects your intellectual rigour and curiosity.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Your early career, internships or extracurricular activities reflect your passion for entrepreneurship and ambition to build something amazing one day.
  • AI Passion and Knowledge: You have a genuine, intense interest in AI. This is vitally important. You're someone who not only follows the latest in AI but is deeply passionate about the subject.
  • Early Career Sales Experience: You’ve had circa 12 months experience as a BDR or SDR for another B2B SaaS startup, but are desperate to move to an AI-first startup with huge early traction and ambitious growth plans.

  • £70k OTE uncapped (£50k salary + £20k OTC uncapped)
