TalentCo are delighted to be working with an AI InsurTech startup (Y-Combinator backed) looking to hire an exceptional Mid-Market Account Executive into their growing team in London. Having completed their pre-seed raise in 2024, they are now set to close a substantial seed round in Q2 2025 and see now as the perfect time to add a world-class seller to their founder-led commercial efforts. They have a strong and exceptionally driven team of 12, and work a hybrid model from their office in central London.
As their Mid-Market Account Executive you will:
- Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities through a disciplined, analytics-based lead generation process while managing a well-organised sales funnel.
- Drive an increase in revenue for 2025 by spearheading impactful sales initiatives, execution plans and winning new logos within the UK insurance industry.
- Foster lasting client partnerships through consistent communication, trust-building, and exceptional service delivery.
We want to hear from you if:
- You have at least 3 years of success and over-achievement in a closing role within SaaS sales.
- You are an expert when it comes to high velocity mid-market SaaS sales, comfortable with deal values of between £30k-£80k ARR (you’ll get a chance to sell much larger contracts in this role, but the MM velocity is key for them).
- You have a proven track record of closing net-new business at another VC-backed startup or in a similar high-growth environment.
