We’re excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS business in the cybersecurity space that has recently experienced significant commercial momentum. They’re now looking to hire a Demand Generation Manager to help scale growth and build a measurable, predictable pipeline.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on, data-driven role where you’ll help run the end-to-end demand engine from awareness and lead generation through to pipeline contribution. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Content to design campaigns that educate the market and turn interest into qualified opportunities. This is a great role for someone proactive, creative, and results-oriented, who enjoys both strategy and execution.
As Demand Generation Manager you will:
- Own and help execute the demand generation strategy across the full funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Manage channels including email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, website, live chat, nurture sequences, outbound, and ABM
- Plan and run virtual and in-person events such as webinars, roundtables, and tradeshows
- Work with Content and Product to translate the company’s value proposition into campaigns for technical and executive audiences
- Track and optimise campaigns to hit MQL and pipeline targets, using data to improve performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales on lead handoff, feedback loops, and ABM initiatives

- You’ve worked with marketing tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email automation, or website optimisation
- You’re data-driven, analytical, and enjoy testing and optimising campaigns

- You have good communication skills and can explain complex ideas clearly

- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + 20% bonus
- Remote-first set up with the option to go into their London office. You need to be able to travel to London as and when required for your role.
