We’re excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS business in the cybersecurity space that has recently experienced significant commercial momentum. As the company continues to scale and build on its strongest-ever pipeline, they’re now looking to hire an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the function during a maternity cover period.
Reporting directly into the leadership team, this is a senior, highly commercial role with full ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and performance. Marketing sits at the heart of revenue growth, and you’ll be accountable for maintaining and accelerating pipeline and new business momentum during a critical growth phase.
This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone comfortable operating at both strategic and executional level, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and close alignment with Sales. This role is a 10 month maternity leave cover.
As Head of Marketing, you will:
- Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to growth and revenue goals
- Be accountable for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
- Partner closely with Sales on ICP definition, account prioritisation, and target tracking
- Drive demand generation across enterprise and mid-market audiences in the UK, Europe, and the US
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, partners, and ABM
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and product marketing alongside Product
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities and expectations
- Own marketing performance reporting, forecasting, and ROI tracking
- Communicate performance, risks, and forecasts clearly to senior stakeholders
We want to hear from you if:
- You have 6+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven experience leading a marketing function targeting enterprise customers
- You have a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
- You bring a highly commercial mindset with deep understanding of sales alignment and funnel metrics
- You’re confident operating at leadership level while remaining execution-focused
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
What do they offer?
- Salary of £80,000 - £110,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
- Remote-first set up with the option to go into their London office. You need to be able to travel to London as and when required for your role.
